JOIFF recognises Red One Limited as a Full Member


Red One is proud to announce that it has been accepted as a full member of JOIFF, the International Organisation for Industrial Hazard Management. The Joint Oil Industry FireFighting Forum (JOIFF) standard is recognised across the globe as setting the highest levels of safety and professionalism for the training of Industrial Emergency Response Personnel and is considered to be current “Best Industry Practice” in the industrial sector.

Red One is the leading provider of fire, rescue and safety training in the UK, providing specialist training courses to local authority fire and rescue services and industrial fire teams across the country. Red One leads the fire sector in Fire Behaviour training and also in Maritime Fire fighting, offering a range of fully accredited professional courses from its training Academy sites in Plymouth, Exeter and Taunton.

The company also provides specialist fire and rescue service consultancy and can provide courses and instruction to overseas clients. Recent assignments include work in Iraq, Abu Dhabi, Ireland and Mauritius.

JOIFF aims to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of emergency response personnel and to improve standards of safety and of the working environment in which industry / commerce operates, with the aim of ensuring that whether employed or contractual, personnel manage risks safely.
