A. Red One Limited is a company limited by shares. It has one single shareholder, the Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority.

Q. What happens to any profit that Red One Limited makes?

A. Each year, any profit after tax earned by Red One Limited is returned to the Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority in the form of a dividend, which is then used to help improve firefighter and community fire safety across our two counties.

Q. Does Red One Limited pay taxes?

A. Red One Limited complies with all UK tax laws, including paying and charging VAT (where applicable) and paying any Corporation Tax that is due on its earnings.
