STCW Advanced Firefighting
Who better to teach you how to fight and prevent fires than actual firefighters? As a fire service, we specialise in the Fire Prevention & Firefighting modules of the STCW safety week.
We run this course from our Maritime Academy in Plympton and is delivered by serving/retired firefighters of Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.

Approved by the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency
The student will further their knowledge gained during STCW95 basic training and emphasis will be on organisation, tactics, communication, command and control. Approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, this course is designed to meet the requirements laid down in STCW95 Regulation VI/3 and Section A-VI/3 of the STCW95 code.
