Accommodation
Accommodation and meals are included in the price of our CFBTI, BAI and PPVI courses.
Our BAI, CFTBI and PPVI courses take place either in Lincoln or at our purpose built Fire Behaviour School located within the grounds of Exeter Airport.
Exeter Facilities:
Candidates attending Exeter will stay in the Courtyard by Marriott Exeter - Sandy Park, home of the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club. The hotel has stunning panoramic views from the rooftop bar and restaurant. There is free parking, a 24-hour gym and a business centre. Breakfast and evening meals are served at the hotel. Lunch is provided daily on site at our training facilities.
Exeter Training Facilities
✓ 3 x 40ft attack containers
✓ 2 x 20ft demonstration containers
✓ 1 x 20ft window container (backdraught demonstrator)
✓ 1 x cosmetic smoke training venue
✓ 10 different sized rooms set over 2 floors with a partial set removal area

Our hot villa is built over 3 floors and has a rising main, the protected stairwell at one end can be used to simulate high rise incidents. We have 14 positions to burn crib fires spread all over 3 levels. There are 2 staircases, and each level has access to fresh air. The building is fitted with extraction and temperature monitoring throughout. Our training facilities provide us with the flexibility to simulate numerous realistic live fire training scenarios ranging from domestic property to industrial and high rise.

Our Instructors:
All courses are delivered by serving or retired firefighters, this makes them experts in their field. They all share a genuine passion for training and passing on their skills. Instructors competence and ability is constantly assessed by the DSFRS Internal Quality Assurance team.
Our fire behaviour instructors are highly regarded on a national and international level, with many fire services travelling hundreds of miles for their staff to receive training from our extremely experienced instructors. DSFRS has always been committed to excellent quality fire behaviour training which has resulted in a very high degree of technical competence amongst our instructional staff.

Lincoln Facilities:
Candidates attending Lincoln courses will stay at The Bentley Hotel & Spa, Lincoln. Ideally located on the outskirts of Lincoln with a fully equipped gym, swimming pool and spa. Breakfast and evening meals will be provided by the hotel and lunch is provided daily on site at the training facilities.
